Overview
One belt family, engineered around your drive
Polyurethane timing belts combine a wear-resistant PU body with a high-strength tension member, so they transmit torque without slip, run without lubrication and keep the centre distance fixed for the life of the machine. Below are the seven configurations we build most often — belt type, tooth geometry, matching pulleys and full customisation.
- Tooth profiles T, AT, HTD, STD, RPP and DualSync® helical offset tooth
- Construction PU 92 Shore A with steel or aramid cord
- Dimensions Pitch 3M–14M · width 6–100 mm · open-end rolls
- Lead time Standard profiles from stock, custom parts 7–15 days
01 Open-End Belt
Open-End PU Timing Belts
Supplied as continuous roll and cut to the exact length on site. The belt can be fitted without dismantling the machine, which makes open-end PU belts the practical choice for linear actuators, 3D printers, pick-and-place heads and retrofits of existing equipment.
- Cut to any length — no tooling or mould cost
- Steel cord for high loads, aramid cord for flex fatigue
- Ideal for long-travel linear axes and positioning drives
- T5 / T10 / AT5 / AT10
- Width 6–100 mm
- Steel / aramid cord
02 Endless
Welded & Closed-Loop Endless Belts
Any open-end belt can be joined into a true endless loop by a precise diagonal weld, giving you a closed belt without the cost of a moulded tool. For low-speed conveying and light drives we also supply moulded endless belts with a seamless body.
- Diagonal welded joint, ground flush for low noise
- Available in any circumference, not limited to stock lengths
- Ideal for prototypes, short runs and replacement belts
- Diagonal weld
- Custom circumference
- Moulded endless
03 Silent Drive
DualSync® Helical Offset Tooth Belts
Our flagship PU belt. The teeth are cut at an angle and offset along the belt, so each tooth engages progressively rather than all at once. The result is a drive that runs noticeably quieter and smoother, and that centres itself in the pulley groove without guide flanges.
- Up to 19 dB quieter than an equivalent straight-tooth belt
- Self-centring — narrow pulleys, no flanges, less wear
- Suitable for vertical mounting, high torque and high speed
- BTD5M / 8M / 10M / 14M
- Self-centring
- Low vibration
04 Trapezoidal
T & AT Trapezoidal Profiles
The classic metric profiles: 40° T series for general power transmission and the deeper 50° AT series for higher torque and better tooth location. Both are available in the pitches most European and Asian machine builders specify.
- T5 / T10 for compact drives, AT10 / AT20 for heavy duty
- AT tooth form reduces backlash on reversing drives
- Large selection of matching pulleys in stock
- T5 / T10
- AT5 / AT10 / AT20
- PU + steel cord
05 Curvilinear
HTD, STD & RPP Round-Tooth Profiles
Curvilinear (round) tooth forms carry more load per millimetre of width than trapezoidal profiles, because the rounded tooth seats deeper in the groove. They are the default choice for high-torque, low-speed drives on conveyors, mixers and machine tools.
- HTD 3M / 5M / 8M / 14M and STD S3M–S14M
- Higher torque capacity per belt width
- Reduced tooth wear and longer service life
- HTD 3M–14M
- STD / RPP
- High torque
06 Matching Pulleys
PU Belt Pulleys & Drive Components
A belt is only half of the drive. We machine the matching pulleys in aluminium and carbon steel, including helical offset tooth pulleys designed as a pair with our DualSync® belt, so tooth contact and belt tracking are guaranteed from the first run.
- BTD, AT, HTD and T profile pulleys from 14 to 200 teeth
- Aluminium for low inertia, steel for high torque
- Pilot bore, taper bush or finished bore with keyway and tapped holes
- Aluminium / steel
- Taper bore
- Custom hubs
07 Tailor-Made
Cleats, Coatings & OEM Manufacturing
Beyond the standard range we machine, weld and bond to your drawing: cleats and profiles for conveying, PU coating for grip, V-guides for tracking, back grinding for lower friction. Sampling before volume production keeps the first run low-risk.
- Cleats, lugs and side walls welded to your pitch and height
- Coatings, back grinding and V-guide tracking strips
- OEM and private-label production with drawing or sample approval
- Cleats & profiles
- Coatings
- OEM / private label

Tell us your drive — we will match the belt
Send the pitch, width, centre distance and load conditions (or just a drawing) and our engineers will reply with a profile recommendation, a drawing and a quotation — usually within one working day.
